What is the best golf ball for my game?
I'm almost 14, a girl and I'm really serious about golfing, I've been playing for about 9 years and I wanted to improve my game. I know that balls won't change the way you play drastically, but anything helps, right? I play with Adams Golf Tight Lies, my long game, not to sound cocky, is pretty excellent, I can be to the green within two shots, but my short game is where I screw myself. Until recently I played with colored Volvik Crystal Controls, mostly because I thought it was easier to see my balls, but my dad told me they don't fly as good as regular balls. I tried out a Noodle soft and long, and it took my score from 57 to a 53. Not only the score but it seemed to really fly better and go farther. I started thinking that it was time that I give up my colored balls and start to get serious.
I'm not sure that little life story up there will help you help me, but I felt the need to write it.
I was wondering which ball is the best ball for my game. Price aside.

and another dumb question, in a tournament, is it illegal to use two different balls? Like one for your drives, irons, and woods and one for chipping and putting?
